Ingredients
- 0.25 cup Organic Raw Cashews (ideally soaked overnight) - Organic Raw Cashews - 200g
- 1.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 serving Bare Whey Protein Isolate - Bare Whey Protein Isolate
- 0.5 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender
- Blend until smooth and well combined
- Serve immediately in a bowl
- Top with your favourite granola or nut/seed combo (optional)
