A recipe to help you imagine tropical weather, this pina colada smoothie (or immuna colada, as we’re calling it) will help to support your immune system and protect against your standard winter cold or flu. 

The protective benefits come from our B Immune powder. This herbal immunity blend contains the protective ingredients echinacea, curcumin, pepper, and lemon. Acerola cherry, a natural source of vitamin C, adds 600% RDI of vitamin C, and guava leaf extract provides naturally occurring zinc.

Ingredients

  • 150 millilitre pineapple Juice
  • 150 millilitre coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoon B Immune
  • 200 gram frozen pineapple
  • 4 coconut ice cubes
  • 30 gram Vanilla Bean WPI or Vanilla & Coconut Plant Protein - Vanilla Bean WPI

Directions

  1. 1. To make the coconut ice blocks, simply pour some coconut milk into ice cube moulds and freeze for a few hours prior to making your smoothie.
  2. 2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Pour into a glass and top with your favourite toppings, such as shredded coconut, and enjoy.
