Raw Bare Berries Coconut Slice

Ingredients
- 0.75 cup raw almonds
- 0.5 cup raw pecans
- 0.5 cup macadamias
- 0.5 cup dessicated coconut
- 3 tablespoon Bare Blends Organic Raw Cacao Powder
- 5 medjool dates - seeds removed
- 1 small apple
- 30 gram Bare Berries
- 110 gram fresh berries - Use raspberries, blueberries, or mixed berries
- 0.3 cup coconut oil, liquid - you may need to warm or over a bowl of hot water if it is solid
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoon agave syrup
- 0.3 cup chia seeds
- 0.25 cup dessicated or shredded coconut to top
Directions
- Line a small cake tin with baking paper, leave enough extra hanging off the sides for ease of removal once slice has set
- Combine the base ingredients, except the macadamias, in your Bare Blender/food processor until the mixture is doughy - in between chunky and smooth
- Add the macadamias and pulse until they are small, crunchy pieces throughout the mixture
- Pack the mixture in by pressing it into the bottom of the cake tin and store in freezer or fridge while preparing the topping
- Combine the Bare Berries, fresh berries, coconut oil, vanilla extract and agave syrup in your Bare Blender/food processor until smooth
- On a slow speed, mix in the chia seeds and spread over the base in the cake tin
- Dust the coconut over the top of the slice and place into the fridge/freezer to set
- When the slice has set, remove the slice our of the tin by using the extra baking paper as handles. Cut into squares or any shape you desire!
