Try this delicious smoothie from Fit chicks in Training on a hot summers day! This Smoothie will provide your body with plenty of replenishing salts and protein to keep you nourished.

Sunny Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Water from 1x fresh coconut
  • 1 serving Vanilla Bean WPI
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 frozen mango cheek
  • 0.5 small red papaya
  • 0.5 fresh peach
  • 1 Juice from 1 orange

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in powerful blender
  2. Blend until desired consistency
  3. Top with caramelised buckinis and almond flakes.
