With summer right around the corner in Australia, the team at Bare Blends have been taking their workouts outdoors. We believe in moving our bodies in many different ways (kettle-bells, yoga, sprints on the beach), and nourishing our bodies afterwards is an essential part of our training.

This past week, the Base Body Babes dropped by and whipped up a berry smoothie for us post-training. Fresh berries mixed with our Organic vanilla bean + Native WPI is something worth training for!

This past week, the Base Body Babes dropped by and whipped up the perfect berry smoothie for post-training.

The Base Body Babes' Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 coconuts + flesh
  • Organic Vanilla Bean Native WPI
  • Blueberries
  • Frozen Raspberries
  • Frozen Banana
  • 1 serving Bare Berries

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth
  2. Top with dried figs (chopped) + mixed nuts (your choice)
