A delicious blend of cold drip coffee and vanilla bean protein. Coconut milk and macadamia butter give this smoothie a rounded delicious flavour. It’s a healthy alternative to tiramisu cake when you’re in the mood for dessert, or a delicious breakfast treat that will provide you with your essential morning coffee boost.

Ingredients
- 350 millilitre coconut milk
- 30 gram Vanilla Bean WPI - Vanilla Bean WPI
- 25 millilitre Coffee (we use Allpress Cold Coffee Shots)
- 20 gram macadamia butter
- 220 gram frozen banana
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth.
- Top with your favourite toppings. We use cacao powder, crushed macadamias, desiccated coconut, coffee beans or cacao nibs.
