This beautiful fruity smoothie is perfect for a summer breakfast.

Vanilla, Papaya and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Water from 1x fresh coconut
  • 1 serving Bare Blends Organic Vanilla Bean Native WPI - Vanilla Bean WPI
  • 1 teaspoon psyllium husks
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 0.5 papaya
  • 0.5 peach
  • 3 strawberries
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in powerful blender
  2. Blend until desired consistency
  3. Top with coconut, fresh banana, lsa mix, cinnamon, chia seeds, fresh papaya and caramelised buckinis
